We are seeking to identify suitable land for residential schemes and coastal holiday home development. We will consider land in sought-after locations but we’re particularly interested in development opportunities in the Midlands and the South West.

Using our extensive experience and expertise, we will use the land to design and build spectacular developments that add considerable value to the area.

We can work directly with landowners, but we’re also happy to receive land introductions from investors and agents. We aim to reward effective land introductions and, where appropriate, we seek to reintroduce agents with new home sales.
